05.09.2021: Namibia — saying goodbye is hard

Namibia didn’t just impress us — it changed us. The vastness. The endless roads. The silence that speaks louder than any city ever could. And the people… so warm, so genuine. After this journey, everyday life suddenly feels small.

Africa has caught us for the second time now — South Africa in 2018, Namibia this time. And yes, the Africa virus is real. It doesn’t bring fever, but a quiet pull in your chest that whispers, you belong here.

We are endlessly grateful that, after all the chaos of the Covid years, we were able to experience something like this. Grateful for sunsets that set the sky on fire. For moments that burn themselves into your memory. For that rare feeling of true freedom.

Saying goodbye? Hard. Very hard.
But Africa stays. Not just as a memory — as a part of who we are now. And one thing is certain: we’ll be back. One day. Because some places aren’t just destinations — they’re home to the heart. 🌍✨
